To receive message from your mail server
  • Click the Incoming EMail tab item on the Mail Communicator tab bar.
  • Select a mail account on the Mail Account dropdown box.
  • Click the Retreive Mail button on the Toolbar.

Messages retrieved are still stored in your mail server. You can delete them permanently by selecting the messages you want delete, and then click the Delete button on the toolbar.
We suggest that you use this feature in conjunction with your email client software. You can check your mail server at any time for new messages and reply them if you wish or delete any messages you do not want to read. You can view the remaining messages with your email client software.
