A:

Yes, you can program Mail Communicator to wait for a specified time after sending a certain number of emails before continuing. You can specify the number of emails you want to send and how long you want to wait.

To enable this setting, simply go to the "Mail Account" set up window and "Advance" tab, specify the setting for "Idle for ___ seconds after sending _____ message before continue" option.
