| If you receive a message informing you that your registration code is either invalid or cannot be verified, please take the following steps before contacting our technical support staff.
1. Check your internet connection setting and make sure you are connected to the internet properly.
2. Check your "Register Name" and make sure you enter the Register Name EXACTLY as shown in the "Order Confirmation" email.
3. Make sure your registration code is entered EXACTLY as we provided. Both the key and name are case sensitive. Please use the "Copy" and "Paste" function to enter your registration key.
4. If you still encounter problems, please contact our support staff at support@apexpacific.com for further assistance. Please attach your "Error.log" file located in the same directory of the program. By default you can get your "Error.log" file by going to C:>Program Files>Dynamic>Dynamic Submission.
NOTE: if you are using Windows 7, the error.log file could be under C:>User account name>AppData>Local>VirtualStore>Program Files>Dynamic>Dynamic Submission.
