A:	This issue is due to your Windows Account restriction. You need Administrator privilege to run the program. To check whether you have Administrator access and if so, to change your Account privilege, please visit : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/279783 for Windows XP. For Windows Vista or Windows 7, 1. Open up your Windows Explorer and go to C:Program FilesApex PacificXGen SEO 2. Find xGenSEO.exe 3. Right click on the file and select Properties 4. Change the tab to Compatibility and tick the box that says Run this program as an Administrator 5. Hit OK and try again.
