To retrieve returned (undelivered) email address:
- Click the Incoming Email tab on the Mail Communicator
tab bar.
- Click Remove Bounced Back Emails. This function
will open the Remove Bounced Back Mail Wizard.
This wizard will guide you to remove the bounced back email
from your selected Email Account..
Tips
You can add returned email address
to the Master Removed Mailing Listautomatically, Go to configuration by
clicking File menu, then select Configuration. In the Configuration
dialog box go to Advance tab and check the checkbox that says "Automatically
check email addreses against the "remove list" before send mail".
