- Step 1

Select Wizard Mode by clicking the View menu on the menu bar and select Wizard Mode.Then on the File menu, select New from menu item and select Mailing List, Alternatively you can also click on the drop down arrow button of the New button on the Toolbar, and select Create New Mailing List.
