MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT POLICY/PLAN

At the end of 12 months you may wish to upgrade to our maintenance and support plans.

Cost of Subscription

The cost of subscription is $99 or 25% of the purchase price per annual, whichever is greater. Subscription must be purchased either at the time of purchase or within 30 days of the expiry of the existing policy.

Maintenance/Support Inclusions

Maintenance and support service will allow you to continue to receive technical support from us if you have any problem with the software or if you need any help at any time.

Given that your subscription includes feature releases and unlock management as well as support this is exceptional value. The average customer will need to re-install their software at least once on a new computer each year to two years.

If you do not renew then you will need to pay the $59 fee for unlock. In addition most products are upgraded at least on a per annum basis. With some products having 3-5 upgrades in a year.

That means that you only need to upgrade the products once every four years to get your money back.
